Co-founded and run a remote development studio serving US design agencies and brands: leading the development team, setting technical direction and standards, and mentoring developers while staying hands-on. Managed 130+ projects from scoping, estimation, and planning through delivery and ongoing support, coordinating timelines, budgets, and stakeholders for long-term retained clients and agency partners.
Work centres on bespoke application development: Laravel/Livewire and Craft CMS applications, customer dashboards and portals, custom APIs and third-party integrations, and more recently AI-assisted development tooling.

Visual design, build, and a bespoke CMS for the customer-facing site, plus e-commerce, forum, and world-ranking systems. Redesigned and developed a multilingual CMS for sister brand Wattbike, and sites for OarSport and Indoor Sport Services.
